i just did some research about GSE and i found out that it is good to take it with vit.C also E, as it boosts the antioxidant properties of grapeseed.  and the recommended dosage for a healthy adult person is 150-200mg a day.  now we know!     i read also from the other reviews that Vitaglow contains Titanium Dioxide, which is not good for the health.  uh-oh! i wanted to try this pa naman.

Try mo nalang Cosmo GSE kasi eto raw kahit mga celebs eto gamit nila. I don't know lang if it's true. haha. Pero obvious naman na marami talagang bumibil nito kasi sobrang ubusan sa lahat ng watsons eh. nahirapan ako maghanap kasi laging sold out.

Sis, vit E does not cause pimples. in fact it fights acne and helps in healing of scars.. vit e  is good for all skin types..

^ most of the dermatologists that i've talked to, they don't recommend to take vit.e supplements if you have oily skin coz as i've said it can aggravate more the oiliness thus may cause pimples. i forgot the reason behind this but i already read it before. or if you still want to, just don't take it everyday. but different people reacts on different products, what may work on someone may will not work on the others

very minimal lang naman ang vit e ng cosmo gse kasi its more of grapeseed extract and its in powder form pa, siguro yun oil based vit e. Just take any supplement in moderation..

^ depende lang din siguro yun.. kasi yung friend ko even use vitamin e sa cleanser nya. at kuminis yung mukha nya nawala yung mga pimples nya..

Anyway, I just bought ATC grapeseed.. wla kasi cosmo skin sa mercury ATC lang available..
I havent tried it yet, but Im hoping gse will give me a healthy glow and mabawasan sana mga signs of aging ko.. lol
100% pure gse oil ata ang sa ATC sa ibang products kasi may mga added vitamins pa.
