talagang maraming benefits ang water.. tina-try ko nga na uminom lagi ng maraming water e,kasi i have a UTI.. pabalik-balik nga sya e.. kaso ang hirap i-maintain e? kaya ayun,lagi parin akong may UTI..

The information stated above are correct.Thanks to the one who share the ideas.So, you guys and girls drink a lot of water daily.Its obvious that it it really helps to prevent from dehydration and also if your eating too much salty or acidic foods its really recommended to drink water after eating to avoid kidney malfunctions. water is good for acne too!
gnagamit q lang water sa mukha q. walang safeguerd or kung anu-ano.
i've also read from an article online (hehe...mahilig kc aq magbasa ng important facts about acne online  ) that water alone can "break" the acid mantle on our face.
pano pa kaya kung gagamit ng face washes and the likes. mas makaka-aggravate.
