Again, we're looking for a roommate for next sem/acad. year. Mababawasan na naman kasi kami sa room eh mapapamahal yung rental payment namin kapag hindi kami nakahanap ng isa pa. Well unsure pa naman pero magtatanong na din ako in case may gusto.

sa P.Noval yung condo unit na tinutuluyan namin.
3 na kami sa room so isa na lang kailangan namin (kapag umalis si other roommate which is highly possible)..
if you want, you can join us with the unit.
monthly rental: Php3500, exclusive of water and electricity bills.
complete amneties (wifi, free cable - for TV, with aircon and own sink, security cameras, laundry - beside the building lang, no curfew!)

Kapag umalis si roommate, puro AB na kaming matitira. So preferably, incoming 2nd year AB student na lang. Pero kung hindi AB, okay lang din. Basta tell me if you're interested. Hehe.

3,500 per head sya... mayron sa jonacca ladies dorm... likod ng EVER recto... 5k ang  aircon room, 3k ang non aircon room... lahat good for 4..
