If you have a glass of water and a couple of almonds, and wait 30 min, instead of eating whatever it is you REALLY want, the craving will go away. Reason: Almonds change your body chemistry so that you feel fuller. Read it in a science article  8)

@pertigurlie diba most often than not, we eat not because we are hungry.  we at kasi we want to lang.  mahirap talaga macontrol ang cravings.  para sakin, eat whatever you like kahit konti konti lang.

unfortunately, i had too much machang tonight.  our cook is getting better, and i can't help myself! this is carbo-loading to the max!!!

what im doing is.. lumalayo ako sa food.. haha!
lalo na kapag alam kong faorite ko yung ulam namin. Hindi ko titingnanyung food. ang ginagawa ko kasi parati, chinecheck ko kagad yung ulam pagbaba ko. Tapos kapg naamoyko na.. ayon..kakain na ako. hehehe..
ayun.. Sinusubukan kong hindi maghanap ng pagkain. Tapos uminom ng maraming tubig.. kasi ako wala na ako gana kumainpag nag tubig ako. lalo na pag marami. :D

lagi ako may stock ng food sa dorm,lahat ng gusto ko yun ang binibili ko..kaso karamihan puro chocs so hindi maganda sa diet ko..inuunahan ko na agad ng tea pag nagugutom ako,hindi naman talaga gutom..yung trip lang na kumain..or coffee, nabubusog nako pag kape lang..

i would recommend century tuna and rice..dun pa lang busog kana..

ako pag nagccrave. i eat fruits. apple, grapes, banana, orange, mango lahat na. and i can eat as much fruit as i want kasi no fat at all.

ako pag nagccrave. i eat fruits. apple, grapes, banana, orange, mango lahat na. and i can eat as much fruit as i want kasi no fat at all.

Remember though that even though these foods are healthy, they are still packed with sugars and calories are important to consider as well.

gumawa ka nang note. ur own personalized note to remind you / your goal. for example; lilipas din yung cravings na 'to, kaya tiis lang. na ayaw mo pagsisihan after. don't focus sa food, do sumthing na lang. alternatives. so each and everytime nagccrave ka na. just by looking ur GOALS, eh makakapag isip isip ka. at the end of the day, you'll be proud because nalabanan mo yung temptation.

for some naman, effective din yung "tikim mode". para lang mabagbigyan yung wants mo. but enough is enough. unless, wala ka tlagang mindset for ur goals. (referring to those who wants to loose weight) ;'))

panu toh nowadays ngcracrave ako lagi for something salty which is really bad sa health db? tapos kapag nkakain nko ng salty foods, sweet naman next and so on... tapos ayan na tataba nako ganun... panu kaya un istop? kasi ayw ko tlga tumba!!!

siguro kung super duper gusto mo nang kumain, uminom ka ng sangkatutak na tubig. para mabusog ka. in that way, ma cocontrol mo cravings mo. tsaka dapat, hindi kana bibili nung paborito mong pagkain.

what i did was try zhen de shou, it suppressed my appetite - really. within 20 days (for about taking 20 capsules / 1 capsule a day), from 36 waistline, im now 29.  :) just see the thread on zhen.

i sympathize with you kuchi! un din gusto ko malaman!
pag day off ko sa work, pag naubusan na ako ng gagawin sa bahay crave ako ng salty tapos sweet alternately.
hay! plan ko nga next week pag day off ko kain ako piattos as a meal tapos softdrink para mabusog ako agad.
di na kasi masyado umeepekto sa kin pag-inom ng water. hehe
nung high school ako, pag bored ako umiinom ako ng 1 gal water tapos pumayat ako.
no exercise or diet(home schooled pa ako kaya bahay lang talaga ako)
