Sa mga naghu-hula hoops, may certain type ba ng hula hoop na ginagamit? Effective ba sya talaga? ::)

hulahoops are effective
pero syempre matagalan ang results nito.
katulad sa exercise.
tyaga, oras, disiplina sa diet

ako nainom ako ng diet pills
tas sasabayan ko ng hulahoops
para bumalik sa dating waistline
nagkabilbil kasi ako nung nanganak ako eh.

saka may tip pala ako.
sabi sa news, makakatulong daw sa pagpapapayat ang
8hours of sleep. meaning 8 hours lang,
hindi sosobra pa dun at hindi kulang.

PLease do help my family.

Sabi nila mas okay daw ang mga taba pag nasa tagiliran instead sa harap ng tyan? Hahah I wonder. Sa case ko naman ganun din, laki ng tyan ko, lalo na pag busog, kitang kita mo talga mga bilbil pag yumuko or umupo ako e. :D Although pag regular bowel movement ko, medyo flat sya pero halata prin ung bilbil. :( Yun lang din talga major problem ko, aside from my almost-flat boobs. :D

If it's cheering season sa school,I'm at my slimmest.Because of all the dancing,rolls,stretches,my arms and abs are toned.(not to sound conceited or anything):D
I believe that Cardiovascular Activity really helps.
I'm not sure about crunches because I read that if you have fat there,it blocks the muscles, kaya your abs won't tone.So there's no use for the crunches.
They said the plank exercise is more effective.:)

Nagstart ako magcrunches simula kaninang madaling araw before ako magsleep. LOLS.
Naka 100 ako, pero syempre patigil-tigil...
napansin ko kasi medyo lumalaki ung tiyan ko because of softdrinks .. kainis!! Nakaka adik kasi eh,
So ayun, tapos kanina paggising ko, naka 50 crunches ulit ako.
Gusto ko maging daily routine to. ^^
