Abs / tyan / puson / waist, etc

How do I flatten my sort of bloated tummy! Haha. I find it cute actually but it just doesnt look good considering I have a thin frame and the tummy sort of bulges out. 8) What sort of exercises could I start doing?

But you really can't just target a certain spot and expect to see results. You have to have a good diet and workout the rest of your body as well :)

..am..sa kin lang..anu ba pwede..siguro sit ups..saka after kumain tayo and lakad muna konti para bumaba ung kinain..un lang lam ko e..sana makatulong..

sa hips? e di ba maganda naman kung malaki ung hips..?? kasi mas mahirap siya dagdagan kesa sa bust..hehe..

^ same, I do sit ups first thing in the morning mga atleast 30, it needs a little used to kaya importante lang na my warm-up exercises..

As for the results, ok naman.. Hindi na bulgy..  8)

sit ups everyday... thats what i do and i dont eat rice and i dont drink soda!!... kaya medyo di na malaki tyan ko... if you want to see the picture.. pm mo na lang me  :)

eh di ulam lang ako... ganon pati tubig tubig tubig... pero di ko naman masasabe as of now na talagang payat na ko.. medyo pumayat ako!... ako kase marame kong kinakaen sa breakfast then sa lunch onte and sa dinner ren onte na lang... pero minsan nasisira diet ko kaen kase ko ng kaen ng chocolate and crisps.. di maiwasan...  visit my friendster po and pa add... http://www.friendster.com/tim02  :D

^Heheh. Sakin kasi puh,
ok lang kasi katawan ku last year, hindi mataba, hindi rin payat. Ehh, pagdating nung december medyo marami na aku nakakain hanggang nag February. Dun ku lang din napansin na tumataba na pla aku. Kaya ngaun, diet2 nah. Nag-fafasting aku. Kaya, medyo lumiit aku ng konti. Hahah. :)

have u noticed ung mga taga europe flat ung tummy and puson nila? According dun sa nabasa ko its because mas pinipili nilang maglakad going to school or sa work nila kahit na malayo.

Y not try to walk kahit mga 30 mins to 1 hour. Sabi rin ng tita ko effective daw ang sit ups

huh??.. i live here in europe... i see people with flat tummy pero next to america siya sa pagiging obese or rame ng mga matatabang tao!!... minsan nga once in a week nagpapalabas sila ng program about sa mga taong super sa taba... yeah they walk or some of them cycle papuntang school or work.. pero yung kinakaen naman nila eh ready made and yung mga take aways sa mga resto... it wouldn't make any difference kung may exercise ka tapos nakaen ka ren ng mga unhealthy foods...  :D :D pero i agree with the 30 mins to 1 hour walking or cycling... talagang healthy yun and yung sit ups everyday.. bawasan ren ang paginom na soda kung gusto nio talagang maflatten yung tummy niyo..

^^oo nga paano yun. gusto kong malaman.

anyways, para maflatten... eat healthy food. do water therapy. exercise regularly. change your lifestyle (like pagtulog or something na nakakapekto sa metabolism mo.)

you might ask me anung food ang dapat kainin or what kind of exercise, well it depends with your lifestyle. you can go online and search for more specific tips. i took health at eto yung advise na binigay ng teacher ko.

Cardio and crunching exercises ang nag work sa akin. I try to decrease carbs and sweets from my diet.
