The movie adaptation was really good. It'll bring you to tears and will run your imagination wild.

how much? where can i buy this.. sa national mron b? :D

I think national has no copy of this book. Haven't seen it on shelves.

I agree, the effects that were used were nice too.

i watched the movie,and got no plans in reading the book because it will surely make me disappointed with movie. just like the other fantasy books that they turned into the big screen

Powerbooks sell it for 289.00 :),
and Fully booked sells it for 280.00.

Minus 9 pesos from Powerbooks, :)

sure, no problem. ;) anyway, I passed by National Bookstore a while ago and saw a copy of this too. So, I guess they are selling it, but it depends on the branch, some of them don't get copies kasi.

Anyway, they sell it for 289.00 too. :) just like Powerbooks :)

we have a book of it, but i have never read it though.. i watched the movie, is the story the same with the book? the movie's nice! i've watched it a few times and i can't stop even if it's so late at night already.. hehe

^ Yes. Quite near to the movie.  :) But of course, nothing beats the book, it's more complete in terms of understanding the story.  :)
