not really, pinakabracket lang un, pero depende parin un sa genes ng isang tao.
ung fren ko every yr. ata tumatangkad 23 sya ngaun 5'6 na sya, last yr. 5'4-5'5 sya.

i take cherrifer, yup its true... nakakataba siya kasi its more of a food supplement DAW eh. pero I did grow tall naman. Okay lang skin tumaba kasi payat talaga ako dati. Drinking milk helps too before sleeping.

how do you get taller? I mean, I'm 17 years old, is it still possible for me to have 2 inches added to my height?

I heard cherifer does work.. But I heard that it also makes you gain weight. Not so sure though... I just keep hearing about it but I don't even know how it works
