Growth until 20 is not accurate.
Some people grow even if they are 24.
It depends on your genes, and what you're
eating, what you're doing.
1. Try to sleep at about 10pm.. because
you have to be asleep by 11pm-1am
2. Get proper vitamins, especially vitamin c
-> because even if you have calcium, and you
have low vitamin c, you can't produce collagen
3. Minerals - minerals are the greatest catalysts
to growing taller when your bones are still
There's a long list of ways I know that's been
researched and found effective to get taller...
You just have to be positive you'll still grow taller,
cause you can't know if you already stop growing
until you X-ray your bones.
