^^ i know what you're talking about but i really don't know the whole recipe.. diba it's like you will cut the sili or yung green na sili sa gitna without cutting till the end tapos tatanggalin yung seeds nun para medyo mawala yung anghang.. then you will stuff it with the usual shanghai stuffing then maybe you can add cheese tapos i-wrap na sya sa lumpia wrapper then fry till golden brown.. hope i helped.. :)

^ oooh. imma try that. :)

DEEP-FRIED OREOS

Ingredients:
Hotcake Mix
Oreos
Vanilla Ice Cream(Optional)

How to:
1. Prepare hotcake mix. (Read instructions at the back of box) Pero huwag masyadong malabnaw yung mixture para kumapit sa cookies. :)
2. Dip the Oreo Cookies. Make sure you coated the whole cookie.
3. Then deep fry in hot oil. Cookies will float so make sure you flip it kaagad kasi madali siyang magbrown.
4. Drain in paper towel.
5. Serve with vanilla ice cream on top if desired.
6. Enjoy! :)

I suggested this recipe for our little retailing project in our school for TLE. And people said it was good.  :)
We all feel a little fvcked up sometimes

Try my hot and spicy tuna sisig recipe:

2 flat cans of Century Tuna flakes in oil, drained
2 medium white onions, chopped
3 tablespoons of soy sauce (adjust to taste)
4 tablespoons of vinegar (adjust to taste)
2 bird's eye chili or siling labuyo, seeded and finely chopped
a pinch of ground pepper

   1. Put 1 tablespoon of olive or canola oil in the pan. Add the onions and saute.
   2. When onions start to caramelize, add the tuna and saute well.
   3. Add all remaining ingredients and let simmer at medium to high heat until liquid is almost gone. Stir from time to time to avoid scorching.
   4. Adjust the ingredients to taste. Serve hot.

I need a recipe that would result to a cake like food without the need of an oven. We don't have one. :( I want to make one for my boyfriend for Christmas or for any special day. Or maybe just an ordinary one that I'd like to make special. Can anybody here help me?
