I wear a bra day in and day out.

Some say it's not right to wear a bra while sleeping because you can get breast cancer and stuff. But how about this: gravity is gravity is gravity. Even when you're lying down, gravity is still acting upon your chest (it could be from a different direction like sideways as opposed to downwards) Gravity is a woman's chest's worst enemy and even while you sleep, gravity is there. I'm talking about preserving your chest's perkiness. No one would want premature sagging of her chest, right? Our twins need support and that's what bras provide. (haha) And that's why I wear them even while sleeping.

That's my opinion =p

I heard from the Tyra show that we should wear bra nga daw when we sleep, because like what you've said nga gravity, magsa-sag daw ang boobs kapag di tayo wear ng bra.

i don't wear a bra while at sleep kasi i want to be comfortable.. besides, most of my brassiers are underwired so it's not really safe..and about the sagging thingy, i don't care much about that..inde nga ako masyadong gifted, however, they are positioned perfectly.. kasi nakafix sya kahit ala akong suot na brassier..

be contented na lang for what you have right now.. di rin ako gifted but it's fine with me.. just use brassieres that have pads..it's a safer choice..
