ako hinde pa eh.. kasi parang masakit.. ewan! haha!

pero sabi nung classmate ko.. hindi naman daw masakit.. mas ok pa nga daw gamitin kesa sa napkin.. pero gumagamit lang sya ng tampons pag 3rd to 4th day ng period nya.. yung tipong pahina na yung period nya.. yun..

I use tampons... para sakin, mas madali sya gamitin, as long as you put it in right, it should be fine.. and it's not messy, no smell, no need to deal with napkins, easy to carry around.. and you can hardly feel it..
And i think it's alright, as long as you dont keep it in for more than 8 hours it should be fine..

yeah, i was scared to at first, i read the instruction again and again making sure i know what to do, but then yeah, since i was scared edi ng tense muscles ko, so that caused a little disscomfort, kasi dapat relaxed ka...  so yeah, just make sure na relxed ka and that when you inseart it, move it around a little bit to make sure na comfortable sya.
and yeah, better to use tampons na my applicator..

applicators are kinda hard to explain.. hmm.. it "injects" the tampon in you so you don't have to stick your finger in there.. hehe.. sabay you just pull the applicator out and the tapon stays in...
and if nakalimutan mo tangalin yung tampon, edi nandun lang sya.. sabay meron maliit na risk magkaroon ng Toxic Shock Syndrome.. really small chance..

my prof in anatomy told us na dont use tampons daw ksi its one of the causes of UTI's..

yeah i use tampons, at first i was
scared .. but make sure you read the instructions first. and the more
you use it the more comfortable it will be.. its really not a hassle, you can barely feel it..
 unless its not put in properly.. i use TAMPAX and O.B .. just dont leave it in for more than
 8 hours, cause your suppose to change it to prevent leaks...

but just beware of the toxic shock syndrome

i don't like tampons. muntik na akong mamatay because of the infection aka toxic shock syndrome. though i change my tampons every 4-6 hours.
