For me, the best ay yung mac gel liners, shade of frost white ata or something like that, isa lang naman yung white na gel liners nila eh.

you can find MAC counters inside Rustan's deary. pero I recommend the white eyeliners from Shu Uemura. They don't clump and appear very natural. It blends in your skin. Hindi mukhang solid na white kasi that will make you look like a clown.    The downside to this though is that they are quite expensive. But if you really want a nice white eyeliner to brighten up your eyes, the one from Shu is your best bet.

^haven't tried the one from Shu though...pero yeah, yung iba white talaga, parang liquid paper white, it looks weird.   the Frostlite is nice kasi frosted siya so it's kind of reflective and makes your eyes pop in a natural way.  The thing is you'd have to buy an eyeliner brush and a good one is quite expensive as well.
