^ for me, yes. i wont be a user of vmv for a long time if it isn't worth it. i think mas maganda pa rin kung magsample ka muna sa mga stall/store nila. anyways, i've already tried ever bilena, maybelline and in2it. maganda rin yung in2it. nakakacontrol kahit papano ng oiliness but it tends to cake-up at times pag pinagpapawisan. :)

Now I'm using Skinfood's Fresh Watery Lettuce (or something haha) Foundation. Inuubos ko na lang then move on nako sa Bourjouis Healthy Mix. :)

Hi sisterettes!

Advice naman dyan. I want to use a foundation, pero wala akong idea kung magiging hiyang sa skin ko. Takot din ako magkaron ng break outs. So yeah, anong brand ang magandang gamitin for first time user ng foundation. Hehe. TIA! :-*

^ organic foundations, or hypoallergenic ones.

try physicians formula (organic), or VMV (hypoallergenic)

Finding a good working foundation is one of my biggest anxieties.  Every product just doesn't seem to have my shade, do they? :(  I end up looking ghastly in pictures because the salesladies always offer me the lightest shade (my complexion is a fair light pink beige and they always give me ivory).  I'll surely take it into consideration that I shouldn't follow their advice anymore, kyaa.

Anyway, we should keep at least two shades for a good working foundation.  One should be lighter for the rainy seasons, and the other should be about a shade darker for summer.  I haven't found a good brand to stick with, but I have tried Bobbi Brown, The Body Shop, and Revlon (they all work well but I got them in wrong shades) for liquid foundations since I skipped teenage phase.  I've tried to go light with TheFaceShop BB creams and BB powder pacts too.  They do no harm at first, but I noticed I got break outs from them in the long run.  I use them sparingly, now.  I decided to keep away from them this year and will invest in those organic mineral loose powder foundations that are all the rave for natural, barely made up glow.  Hopefully they are as promising. :D

I don't like two way cakes and powder foundations since they clog my pores.  During my teenage phase though, I stuck by Neutrogena pressed powder in light beige which is hypoallergenic.  This did me no harm and was trusty enough to keep an oily face at bay.  Maybe the teenagers out there could consider this product if they are looking for a face powder to start with.

Hi girls! I've tried a lot of foundations in the market including local and international make up brands, (nichido, maybelline, revlon, loreal, vmv, clinique, etude house, in2it.  I have a VERY OILY and acne prone skin since high school so problem ko talaga ang staying power ng foundation ko lalo na i'm a frontliner and nasa health care field ako (im a nurse by the way). hehe Anyway, i have a new HG na foundation ngayon, its NU SKIN CUSTOM COLOUR  MoisturShade Wet/Dry Compact , actually gift to ng boyfriend ko (who is a physician by profession) as part of our 3rd monthsary... hehehe He is a member of NuSkin, so he bought that for me.  its kinda expensive kasi nakita ko yung price hehehe pero its all worth it. The pressed powder itself(refill) is Php 960.00, the compact is Php 735.  Actually mas mahal pa yung clinique and mac studio fix.  I thought there's no other way that could control  the oiliness of my face, eto lang pala kaya medyo tinitipid ko siya hehehe  maganda kasi yung coverage niya sa face , okay ang lasting power niya, it evens out my acne scars and flawless ang coverage niya.  It has 4 shades, lightest to darkest (BUFFED IVORY, NATURAL HONEY, SOFT AMBER, VANILLA BEIGE). Since I have fair complexion and acidic ako,  natural honey yung akin (second to lightest shade) Here's the pics.

If you want to try this foundation most especially for oily and acne prone skin para maiba naman kasi wala to sa market eh kaya walang nakaka-discover. You can send me message here, I'll give you my contact number or contact me via facebook and multiply. I'll let my boyfriend order this foundation for you girls. I hope this helps!  Thank you girls!

For a long lasting liquid foundation with good coverage, use revlon color stay. Kaso it feels kinda heavy sa face.
For a more natural and long lasting liquid foundation, The Face shop phytogenic infinite foundation. I really love this liquid foundation. it looks natural, feels light, thick coverage not cakey,  it last and easy to blend.
For the natural healthy glow, Bourjois healthy mix. Light, works like BB cream, light coverage but looks very very natural on skin as if youre not wearing anything, and it last for the whole day. :)

in2it 2-way cake foundation. :) Super long-lasting. Well, it depends naman on how you put it eh.

This one's costly though. But worth the price! Matagal siyang maubos. Umaabot sa'kin ng almost a year, srsly.

I use Revlon PhotoReady Foundation. It seals the deal! Add Revlon PhotoReady Finishing Powder.

I'm using revlon colorstay kapag may important event, tapos human heart nature for daily use.

I heard good feedbacks on fanny serrano foundation, vmv, and loreal true match. Ano sa tingin nyo?
