okay, I've viewed the Who's Who page for like a hundred times already, as i am a new user, but i can't seem to post a new topic, the only tabs i see is mark read and notify, di ba dapat andun ren un start new topic or kung anu man un? hehe, wish someone would help us..

You can't make your own thread unless you reach 15 posts (I think). The admin added a new rank and changed its posting capabilities.

Actually, you have just posted. For 8 times pa nga eh.
Maybe you're asking about posting a topic. You can only start a topic after a certain number of posts (15 yata), as what Ate Xyla said. It's part of the new set of rules.

tanong ko lang.. sa tv talk lang ba ang 20 page rule?? wala kasing ganun sa school spirit.. and pag halimbawa,, lagi kang nag ccoments sa isang topic and na delete na sya bec. of the 20 page rule, eh di mababawasan na yung number of comments mo.. ganun kasi yung nangyari sakin eh.. 200+ na sya then naging 160+ na lang..

^meron po sa school spirit except sa mga school threads. hanggang 200 pages lang. ganun talaga, pag na-delete ang thread, syempre mababawasan din ang number of posts.
