ako meron... haha i have had them for about 5 or 6 months pa lang? not sure pero nasanay na rin ako ;D

talaga? ako kasi kakabit lang ngayon...
nahihirapn ako kumain... mamaya daw sasakit to sabi ng ortho ko..

ganyan din sabi ng ortho ko... I've had mine for 4 months nah...

actually, mejo exaggerated lang sila.. di naman ganun kasakit eh.
may slight "tingle" lang kasi nag-aadjust ung braces and nagsstart ng hilain ung ipin mo.. ^__^ pero honestly di naman ganun kasakit.. swear.

yeah, mejo mahirap kumain sa start tas mejo parang sasabit sha... tas ung kanin maiipon sa taas.. hahaha.. pero sa umpisa lang un. mga after a week ala nayan. masasanay ka din kagad

ako 3 years na braces ko. haha. at nakakatamad pumunta sa dentist. kaya if i were you people, punta sa dentist regularly. ;D

actually, im planning to have braces by nxt year maybe...yun kc sbi nung dentist ko e...mejo mahaba kc ung baba ko so un daw ung isa sa mgha solusyon para mejo umiksi xa..hehehehe

Ako twice na nagbraces. :(
Nung 2003 hanggang early 2005 tapos nagkaroon ng jaw clicking kaya nagbraces ulit ako nung October. :)

i hve for quite a long time na din....i think having braces have advantages and disadvantages...its disadvantages is it hurts(pag kakakabit lng!!!) tpos klangan pumunta sa dentist...nakakatamad tlga yun!!! pro its advatages nman are ang cute ng colors ng elastics...while you're choosing it's a fun feeling...for me lng ata yun eh!!!tska while it hurts....mas pumapayat tyo... ;D tska in the end of all those pains and pagtitiyaga we'll have a perfect smile in no time.. ;)

neweiz... i enjoyed my visits sa dentist ko kasi i can go malling afterwards and maganda clinic ng dentist ko... hehe.... may ice monster stalll pa sa ground floor ng building... its located on a building with a spa and fitness center... kaya masaya pumunta... hehe....

ung akin katatanggal lang nung october. i had them since 2000. taagaaaaaaaaal!!! pasaway din kasi ako kaya tumagal ng ganun. hehe:) retainer naman ako ngayon..haay... mas mahirap. hirap linisin..para akong my false teeth pag naglilinis. sana matapos na..hehe:)
