NEW RULES AND REGULATIONS--PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING!

Hello Candy girls! I would like to ask for your cooperation. There are new rules and regulations here in Primp and Proper, and I will be "strict" about implementing them. Take time to understand each and remember them. :)
1.) NO SELLING/ADVERTISING/PROMOTING OF TEENTALKERS' PRODUCTS.
-Threads or posts which involve your own business are not allowed. It means you cannot recommend products you are selling. To avoid conflicts, threads about a certain brand or product a teentalker is selling are not also allowed. Candy Store is the right board for it.
On the other hand, other teentalkers who are selling not the products can recommend but must also obey the other rules regarding this.
-No posting of contact numbers/addresses. Instead, you can post the url of the thread in Candy Store (if there is any) or the product's website.
-Do not advertise your products in your profiles or signatures.
2.) ONLY 1 THREAD IS ALLOWED FOR ONE BRAND/PRODUCT/PROBLEM.
-Multiple threads are not allowed, otherwise will be deleted automatically.
-Search in the Directory thread to check if there is already an existing thread.
-If you made a topic which already exists, delete it. The delete option is located in the lower left portion of the page.
3.) NO STICKY CAPS PLEASE AND USE OF LIGHT-COLORED FONTS!
(Sticky caps= tYpiNg LiKe tHiS)
(Light colored fonts= yellow, white)
Using text-
Make your posts readable and clear.
4.) LABEL YOUR THREADS.
When making a new thread, post a label before the topic.
Here are the appropriate labels:
* BRAND:
* ALL ABOUT:
* PROBLEM:
Ex: ALL ABOUT: skin whitening
BRAND: Maybelline cosmetics
PROBLEM: pimples
Note that the label should be in capslock but the topic is in small fonts. Label appropriately.
If you think your topic cannot be labeled in BRAND, ALL ABOUT, DILEMMA, put ?? (two question marks) before the topic and I will label them for you.
-If you have any ideas about other labels, feel free to suggest them here.
5.) ALWAYS EXERCISE RESPECT WHILE POSTING.
-No bashing please!
6.). PRIMP and PROPER IS NOT A CHATROOM.
Please keep chatting activities to a bare minimum. There are threads designated for this purpose. Primp and Proper is a board for exchanging relevant information, not idle chatter.
7.) Be selective in quoting messages.
Quoting the whole message, particularly a very long one, is a waste of space. Keep quotations compact by selecting only relevant passages and removing the rest. You may have several short quotes if you are replying to several points in the original message.
8.) Do your part to help out.
Consider it good practice on your part to click the Report to Moderator link (at the bottom right of every post) to report questionable discussions so we can evaluate them. However, do not abuse this feature.

Hay Diyos Mio! Here we go again. Even if you are a mod Prish, you shouldn't have done mass deletion. Look at what Ms. Macy posted regarding managing threads, don't delete, Just MERGE, and Lock.
