I grew up using it. Old school trip ko nun. I'm planning to use it again. I've tried using the ones that you can buy from the stores pero parang wala lang. nothing beats the old school style for me.

I use this as makeup remover and moisturizer.  It prevents my skin from developing wrinkles :)

VCO is a must-have for me. :)

I use it to deep-condition my hair, remove make-up, moisturizer, and as a supplement. :)
It is very difficult to go back and make a brand new start.

But you can always start from now and make a brand new ending.

VCO does a lot of wonders.
i've been using it for about 4 years now and my pimples are gone.
yun lang ang nakapagpagaling sa pimples ko. i apply it every night befor i go to sleep sa face ko.
try nyo rin. parang moisturizer na rin.

I tried taking in two spoonfuls of VCO before, but stopped because I just couldn't take the oiliness and all. But during that time my bowel movement improved.

Our neighbor swears by VCO. Ever since she started taking it daily, she lost weight slowly but steadily.

abs or yung theraherb ba yun?
