yes sis its effective for me...but i jst used it for my hair and face...
for my face: i do it like a cleanser...and after a minute a will wash my face.
for my hair: i put it before going to bed and leave it overnyt.

Nawala ata bigla yung VCO hype? Naexpire na din ata yung meron ako dito sa bahay... Dati ginagamit ko na lang yun sa hair at paa. Hair before matulog tas babanlawan sa umaga. Sa paa nimamassage ko kasi laging pagod sa paglalakad at pagsusuot ng high heels. Hehe.

My mother's doctor sells our brand- Coco Puro- na kasi she liked the taste daw, compared to the one she bought sa mall.  Nakakatuwa nga e.  Virgin Coconut Oil doesn't have therapeutic claims but it is an antioxidant so their is no harm in taking it.

I just use it for my skin and hair.  I don't like the taste din kasi kahit sabihin pa nila na masarap

For consumption, hair, skin..
Ewan pero feel ko kumikinis ako saka di na ako sakitin.
Kumakapal hair ko at maganda sha sa face.

Coco Puro and Kojic Acid Soap can really make the skin look whiter, without making the skin dry.

For girls who have light underarm skin, you can use Coco Puro at night with cotton, and wipe the deodorant used in the morning.  This way, we can avoid accumulated stains from deodorant.  Aside from this, the oil will make the skin smooth.  So wash nalang with KJ Kojic Acid Soap for maintenance.
