Guys, effective kasi every time na inuubo ako, yun ang tinetake ko 2 times a day, nawawala na ubo ko. Tapos yung pinsan ko di normal yung monthly period niya nagtake sya naging normal. Di lang yan ang nagagamost niya, dami pa, promise! Kayo, try nyo na ba? Anung effect sa inyo?

My mother's doctor sells our brand- Coco Puro- na kasi she liked the taste daw, compared to the one she bought sa mall.  Nakakatuwa nga e.  Virgin Coconut Oil doesn't have therapeutic claims but it is an antioxidant so their is no harm in taking it.

I just use it for my skin and hair.  I don't like the taste din kasi kahit sabihin pa nila na masarap
