Questions for Junior and Senior Mods and how to become a moderator.

What if the "newbie" already have an experience being a mod in other forums? 

Sorry for asking too many questions.

Not all the forums have the same rules so again, mas prefer yung oldies dito sa teentalk.

As far as I know the senior mods are chosen by the admins. Kase back in June 2006, I was voted as one of the junior mods. Then to my surprise, I was promoted as Senior Mod 3 months after. Eh alam ko wala nang botohan. So we all concluded na it's the admin's choice.

Yup! They will announce it if ever

Some were nominated, some were chosen and some volunteered. but the admin still has the final word who the moderators will be.

Can we have new mods? Seriously, this site is getting unorganized since most of the mods are inactive.

New Mods should be pointed as long as they're active and dedicated...

Please contact Managing Editor Macy for your suggestions to get a new mod. I suggest that you make a voting thread for junior mods like what we did 6 years ago.

The junior mod must be responsible, reliable and approachable.
