Well, first of all..

Katulad nga ng sinabi ni Gab, your friends nominate you for the Mod position.. And of course, if you have the willpower and determination to ba a mod, then go ahead..

Second, like what aizecarla said, being a model poster, meaning, you always follow the House Rules, and stuff.. Just be a good member lang ok na yun eh, dba peepz?

Dedication is the key to being a mod. It's not an easy job. You have to be online most of the time, clean up the forum you're in, see to it members follow the rules...

Most of the Junior Moderators are active teentalkers, they are always online, know a lot of people and have been around for quite some time.
