I hope I'm not too off topic, anyways.
I really want to be active sports-wise. I do terrible in gym class, It's not even funny.
I can't even run for five seconds without being extremely exhausted. I live in an apartment and my parents don't let me out much, so there's not much exercising I can do.
I'm short and a bit skinny, underweight, if that helps.
Any suggestions? (:
Music is the only thing that makes sense anymore.

Well, you could start doing some simple things. You say you live in an apartment. You could try and take the stairs instead of the lift. Even if you live on the 20th floor or something, you could get off a stop early and walk up. You could also get off the bus or whatever public transport you take one or two stops early then walk home. Another you could try is some of the short workouts on youtube. When you start to feel more comfortable, you can try to challenge yourself a little bit but remember, never push yourself too hard! :)

AND, have the spirit and the determination to finish the race, better yet to win! Be brave, and never fail to ask God for support and guide!

You'll be great! Also, be optimistic, dont think you'll crash, forget about the fact that you haven't even drove a car yet, just focus on how you love to learn how to kart! :)

if you want the sissy version of go-karting, check out speed zone at The Fort - Taguig.

meron din namang indoor kart track dito sa Paranyaque area... try mo City Kart...dont worry, malambot naman ang mababanggaan mo kung sakaling mabangga ka.... dun sa Speed Zone, pwedeng speed-regulated yung kanilang mga go-karts..

when i met my boyfriend i started to become "mataba!!!" because of our many many dates and hang outs on resto's and we even cook at home or in their place, di na ko maka porma ng maayus ngayun dahil pakiramdam ko wala ng bagay saking damet :C it really saddens me to see my old clothes before i realy want some help on how to lose weight in no time, NOTE: the most easiest and the most safe way??? help!!!
