^If you did hip hop abs for the first time or anything as rigorous as that kind of exercise, it'll either delay or speed up (for me it's the latter, I guess it's different for each person) your next period because the body compensates for the energy loss, even body fats, and all the stress that your body goes through.

But if you'll still miss three periods in a row, that might be secondary amenorrhea. If hindi naman bawal, you can take iron supplements and check if it'd make any difference.

need help, kasi hinde ako magkakaron pag di ako umiinom ng pills, stop na aku dun kasi nakaka cancer daw iyong pills..

Question mga sis...help naman, anyone else experiencing stomach ache whenever they have their periods. Hindi cramps or dysmenorrhea ha, as in sa stomach, tapos nag da diarrhea pa ako. Is that normal? Hindi ko alam if sa OB ako mag-papa check up o sa gastro eh. Thanks in advance.

ganyan din ako kelangan pa ng pills para maregulate ang menstruation. pag di ako nag te take irregular na namana ko. every 2 months ako nagkakaroon tapos malakas. Ikaw ba as in hindi nagkakaroon pag wala pills? Ano pills tinetake mo?

Sis, diarrhea is another common side effect ng diarrhea. I can't actually give a scientific explanation about that kasi nabasa ko lang rin yun sa internet before. Hehehe. Pero it has something to do with prostaglandins daw. Diarrhea lang ba kaya ka may stoamach ache and monthly talaga? Try gatorade or eating lots of fruits like banana or apple. Pag hindi kinaya, take meds na lang like Imodium, effective naman yun.  Mag pa check up ka na lang if wala nag work sa sinabi ko. Sa Gastro ka mag pa check.

Do you think I still need to visit an OB-Gyne kasi last january twice ako nagkaron. 17 days lang interval. Tas by Feb okay na. Til this month okay na cycle ko. Super regular na.

buti ka pa sis malakas, ako nga eh 3rd day hinde na heavy as in patak patak na
lang, tapos pag first at second day hinde naman heavy, hinde rin normal, below normal iyong flow kasi hinde sya need mag change ng napkin, hayyy
na mi miss ko na iyong dating flow ko na heavy at 5 days talaga..

ill share my experience nung hindi ako nagkaroon for almost 3months. nung huling time na nagkaroon ako, ok naman normal 3days lang kasi ako nagkakaroon, at konti lang talaga ang discharge. That was January.

By Feb, wala. By march wala pa din.. then here comes april, sobrang worried na ako, although ok naman na wala kang period kasi hindi hassle, wala ka aalalahanin, pero mabigat ang feeling, tsaka feeling ko ang dumi ko. (i dont know why)

So my mom brought me to her OBGYNE. and then, i found out na may hormonal imbalance ako, i had to do UTZ to check if everything is ok. thank God i am ok.

She said it was because of too much wt. gain. and then she had diet restrictions aswell as taking medicine (progesterone) to induce my period. now everything is OK. so, best thing to do is go to your OBGYNE, they know best

kc mdalas delay ung menstruation q... napasncin ngkakaron aq kapag ngttake ako ng  iron supplement, kaso naubos n bgay lang un s clinic namin s office eh...
pls help me naman! i want to have my mentruation regularly....

seriously, nakaka cancer ang pills? gosh, since 2008 ako nagpipills ng althea para maregularized period ko kas di ako nagkakaron pag wala pills,pero may months na nagsskip ako. hayyy....

almost 3 months since my last period (May 25-30). Had a cramps + brown discharge on the 3rd of June. Having white mense + cramps nowadays. Had lost a huge amount of weight & had an active lifestyle (rigid exercises/workouts). I think weight loss might be the cause so I stopped being active now, I stopped dieting. Stressed these days.

Dunno if Im pregnant. No penetration.

What do u think?
