Just don't depend on the toothpaste. I have fairly yellow teeth and it doesn't really bug me (because I know someone else with a worse case bwahaha) Lol so mean of me but yeah. Although I know those treatments they do in the clinic weakens your teeth so I never considered it.

I am addicted to teeth whitening. I got my teeth whitened through laser treatment by Brightsmile. Thy have the best price, very affordable. I had 3 sessions with them and the change is very obvious, kahit sa first session pa lang. They also prescribed me this whitening pen. I use this every night before I sleep just to maintain my teeth's whiteness.

If youre thinking of getting laser teeth whitening, magiging senitive yung teeth mo for 24 hours max. but there's nothing to worry about. Just take anti-pain meds.

For maintenance, whitening toothpaste. Crest! It really works.
And baking soda..You could try strawberries din, Catherine Zeta jones nirurub niya ang strawberry sa teeth niya.

Hindi ko to masyadong problem since I have naturally white teeth already :> Ako kasi hindi ako masyadong sinanay sa sweets (most especially chocolates) and coffee kasi I've heard that too much coccaine could also be a cause of teeth darkening... and sodas!

There's a lot of alternatives for whitening your teeth!!

Did you just ate an orange? Dont throw the skin! Rub it in your teeth and after few days it will whiten your teeth.

This one is totally effective and I guess a lot of people is doing this. Try putting on some baking soda sa toothpaste mo na nasa toothbrush na then brush your teeth like you use too!

try mixing baking soda with agua oxinada...yes your not misreading this..agua oxinada is safe..then add some water..then mouth rinse it..ive been doing this for about 1 and a half week..and i have good results..
