well.. what my sister did was..

she has 2 seprate toothbrush. then she puts salt and gargle them with water..
then use toothpaste na..

it worked for her.. its simple.. but it requires patience ata eh.

Don't drink Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea and Softdrinks because they stain your teeth.

dip ur toothpaste sa BAKING SODA first...tas let it remain sa teeth mo ng ilang mins...tas after nun regular teeth brushing ulit..^_^

I've tried Crest strips, ok sya kaya lang napansin ko parang numipis yung enamel ng teeth ko.

I think sabi nila pwede daw uminom ng tea..softdrink..etc. basta magagargle ka lng pagkatapos...

colgate whitening toothpaste cuz it has baking soda kaya lang wag everyday kasi di daw maganda yun..

Ako natural na hindi maputi ngipin ko. ewan ko kung bakit. pero hindi naman ganong ka unsightly.  sbi naman ng dentist ko noon mas healthy daw yung color ng teeth ko. so ok na siguro ako dito. baka kasi pag pinaputi ko pa with bleaches baka numipis enamel ng teeth ko. baka maging sensitive pa kaya hindi ko na sya pinapakelaman. iniingatan ko na lang siyang hindi na maistain ng mga colored artificial drinks. at hindi ako nagiismoke.

kung hindi natural yung color mo, you may try a more natural --and cheaper--alternative. kasi baka masira nga ng chemicals yung ngipin niyo pag artificial. Catherine zeta-jones uses strawberries to whiten her teeth.

meh pagkayellowish b teeth mo? its natural, ibig sbhn kapag yellowish matibay.. dahil sa calcium deposits kea yellowish ung teeth natin.. kapag white naman, weak xa..madaling masira..so, u shld be thankful kc strong ang teeth mo..wAG U mxdong gumamit ng mga chemicals to whiten ur teeth kc nkakacra mga un ng ENamel(protective coating ng teeth mo).. once n nacira un mgiging sensitive na yang teeth mo..

i read somewhere na you can put vaseline or petroleum jelly(with minimal amounts ) in your teeth to make them appear whiter. I tried it and mapapansin mo nga na pumuti yung teeth mo...
