i dont think there's really an effective toothpaste.. u can have it done with laser treatments i think.. but its not really advisable becoz my dentist said ur enamel gets affected with it.

yup, whitening strips do work. i used oral-b whitening strips because you only need to wear them once a day (for 30 mins) for 7 days straight while you need to wear crest twice a day (30 mins each too).
and they do work

i live in the u.s. so i dunno where to find it in the philippines... try drugstores. watsons maybe?

in another forum, someone suggested gargling (NEVER EVER SWALLOW) hydrogen peroxide for 30 seconds after brushing teeth.  And it made her teeth whiter daw after 2 weeks lang, pearly whites na.  You can buy hydrogen peroxide  sa mercury drug, it cost 16pesos (yung malaking bottle) yung maliit , 8 pesos ata.  Ang brand niya is RHEA.

A dentist/officemate also told me you can sprinkle baking soda daw on top of the toothpaste on your brush before brushing and it helps in bleaching teeth, haven't tried that one though.  I tried yung hydrogen peoxide may effect nga, tinamad nga lang ako kaya 1 week ko lang nagawa.  Ang sama kc ng lasa.. saka don't overdo it kasi parang pati gums mo mamumuti.

talk to your dentist before doing something like this.
try something dentist-approved because other products might erode the natural luster of your teeth. then, no matter how white they are, they still wont look healthy
