my friend's right leg shrank when she took bangkok pills. no kidding.

Atticus bangkok pills is so not ok! never in my mind that people would still take them. my cousin who's selling diet pills was shock when she found out that a lot of people are looking for bangkok pills because its so effective. its also very expensive! like P2000+!  i also heard that people who take them can go crazy.

 no nga eh... when her leg became ok again, (after lots of therapy) she began taking them again. She was also a former bulimic.

But she's healthy now.

slimming pills are really not recommended...

tea is much more effective, lalo na yung cleansing tea that they serve in most chinese restaurants...i drink that often and the more wala/panget yung lasa, the more effective they are. lots and lots of sleep is also needed. i mean LOTS...water also helps to lessen your calories and excess waste.

sometimes kasi yung waistline natin enlarged by poop in our loarge intestine..
