Unpredictable style. I have a pretty fickle fashion aesthetic. My style changes constantly, almost on a daily basis. It's always a reflection of my mood and the various things I encounter everyday.
Thrift shopper. I shop everywhere! Malls, bazaars, online. I love eBay and Etsy, and of course, the many Multiply shops out there. But ukay-ukays are my favorite; the treasures simply never end!
Favorite fashion designer. Marc Jacobs, Tsumori Chisato, Luella Bartley, Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, Louis Claparols, Vic Barba, Puey Quiñones and many more.
Always part of the outfit. Something quirky. It could be a statement accessory, an unexpected flash of color, or some other unusual detail in the outfit. I just always try to keep it interesting.(:
Fashion inspiration. Inspiration comes from all sorts of places. Magazines are a given, of course. The people I encounter everyday also inspire my outfits. But my favorite sources of inspiration are fashion blogs (The Clothes Horse, Liebemarlene Vintage, Elinkan) and street style sites (The Sartorialist, Hel-Looks, wardrobe_remix).
Style icon. I adore the two Hepburns (Audrey and Katharine) for their iconic looks: the classic girly-girl and the androgynous rebel. Totally me! Haha. As for the "newbies", I love the styles of Zooey Deschanel, Alexa Chung and Agyness Deyn.
Style influence. My Mom has always had an influence on me. She's been dressing up in come-look-at-me outfits ever since I can remember, so I guess that's really what got me interested in fashion in the first place.
Multi-colored. A rainbow! What can I say, I like color.(:
Stylish three. Well-fitting jeans, plain white shirt, vintage jewelry.
Comeback trend. 50's dresses! I like 'em pretty and poofy.:D
Vintage finds. Several things, actually. But my favorite is a 1970's red-orange maxi dress that belonged to my grandmother. It has scalloped detailing and gorgeous embroidery. I just love it.
