What exactly are wellies? They're rain boots named after the First Duke of Wellington.

And what are Plueys? They're one of the cutest wellies to hit Manila. Plueys are called such because they're boots made for rain, and pluey (ploo·wi) is French for rain.

How do I get myself a pair? Well, you can visit Luna at the 2F of Serendra, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig or in Chocolate Clothing Co. in Banilad Town Center and Ayala Center both in Cebu.
