We don't know why, but eating with your bare hands somehow makes the food you're eating, taste twice as good. While it's generally frowned upon to do this in restaurants or in public, eating with your hands has so many benefits–and we've listed down the ones that will definitely make you think twice about picking up your spoon and fork.

  1. It helps you slim down.

  1. At the end of the day, it's more hygienic.

You always wash your hands first when you eat without utensils. And let's face it, we wash our hands plenty of times a day compared with washing our utensils that only gets clean once after a meal and then leave till our next meal. (via spoonuniversity.com)
