Too much SLEEP?
Just Right:
Anyone who has pulled an all-nighter knows the value of a good snooze session. It takes seven to nine hours of sleep for the body to get the amount of rest it needs.
Too Much:
Sloth is considered a deadly sin for good reason. Getting more than 10 hours of sleep daily is never a good idea.
What Happens:
When you oversleep, you don't necessarily wake up brighter and peppier. On the contrary, you can suffer from headaches and sluggishness. Research has also shown that getting too much sleep regularly can result in a shortened lifespan.
Doc Says:
According to Dr. Mona Yiu, it is important to determine the cause of the oversleeping. It could be due to depression or even a brain problem. Establish a sleep pattern by scheduling when you go to sleep and when you get up from bed. 

Too much JUNK FOOD?
Just Right:
Most experts agree that the less junk food you eat, the better. Play it safe and eat the stuff only once a week.
Too Much:
If most of the food you scarf down is deep-fried, sugar-coated, or fat-filled, it's time to think about what you are using to fuel your system. Indulging in junk (such as fast food) more than twice a week means you are probably on the brink of an overload.
What Happens:
Junk food is packed with calories and fat that can cause dangerous ailments such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.
Doc Says:
Remember that you are what you eat. Fruits and vegetables should outnumber chips and dip when it comes to your diet. 

Too Much TV AND COMPUTER USE?
Just Right:
You should only indulge in about two hours of screen time a day. Probably two episodes of The Vampire Diaries marathon on ETC or a short chat session with your friends on Facebook.
Too Much:
Having DVD marathons and spending three or more hours in front of the screen is way beyond okay.
What Happens:
Overindulgence can cause dizziness and eyestrain. Also, a sedentary lifestyle can eventually lead to obesity.
Doc Says:
If the use of the television or the computer cannot be avoided, take frequent breaks to rest your eyes.
