It is no secret that we here at the Candy HQ are in love with supermodel Gigi Hadid. Aside from her style and her wit, we admire Gigi's gorgeous bod. Specifically, her toned abs which Vogue also noticed. Gigi is on the cover of the August issue and Vogue interviewed her trainer Rob Piela of NYC's Gotham Gym and Gotham G-Box to let us in on her workout routine.
According to Rob, the key is consistency. "It's all about how hard you work and how much you put in—Gigi is a hard worker... Staying fit is all about consistency," he says. "Don't miss workout days; don't get lazy in the winter." (via Vogue.com)
Want to workout just like Gigi? Rob recommends exercising four days a week—combining planks, crunches, and leg raises. He then reveals that you have to eat well and avoid sugar. And finally, we also got this breakdown of Gigi's workout. Ya$$$!

- Three sets of 40 crunches
- 10 minutes of boxing to raise your heart rate
- Three sets of 40 bicycle crunches
