Justin Bieber is speaking against texting while driving in a new campaign. "If someone texts you while you’re driving, let them wait. You're more important than a text could ever be," he says. And if you’re tempted to reply, the Biebs suggests downloading the free Blackberry and Android app, PhoneGuard, which blocks your texts when it detects that your car is moving.

What do you think of Justin's campaign? Sound off in the comment section below!
