Here's what we know from the third season finale. Elena's (Nina Dobrev) car gets submerged underwater, she dies, goes to the hospital, where we find out that she has vampire blood in her. Which means what exactly? Yep, you guessed it, she wakes up only to realize that she's... dead. The only way for her to live is to feed so she can transition into a vampire. Will Stefan (Paul Wesley) let her die or turn into a vampire? We're pretty sure Damon (Ian Somerhalder) won't have a problem with that. What do you think?
