If you have a sweet tooth or experience bouts of serious craving for anything made of sparkly and sweet, but feel guilty after consuming too much of it, consider today your lucky day. Because of all people, Victoria's Secret angel and supermodel Adriana Lima herself, so generously shared her hack for keeping her sugar cravings at bay.

In an interview with The Cut, Adriana revealed that drinking coffee with honey in the morning helps curb her cravings for something sweet throughout the day. "I do coffee with honey, because it stabilizes the sugar levels. I find [that] if I have honey, I don't crave as much sugar later [in the day]," says Adriana.

Will this hack work for everyone? Probably not, but it's worth a try, especially since honey is packed with vitamins and minerals, like B6 and magnesium.
