We know that sleep is a luxury especially when you're a student who has to deal with 1,001 things all at the same time, but maybe it won't be anymore after heeding Bella Hadid's advice. In an interview with Teen Vogue, Bella shared her beauty routine and rest advice, and got us interested when she talked about her sleeping hack—girl can make a four-hour sleep a restful one!

"I recently started listening to meditation music which makes me have a deeper sleep, even if I just have four hours." Her music of choice? The 50 Best Meditation Songs Collection. "I'm usually out by the fourth song," she says.

Ooh, we can't wait to try it and make the most of our limited sleeping time!
