To state the obvious, reading is fun, especially if you're reading a story that's full of scenes that practically make your heart stop, characters you love and want to be friends with, or antagonists that you just can't help hating, even though you know they're not real! But sometimes, words on pages aren't enough--you have to have more, and seeing favorite characters and scenes come to life in a movie is one of every reader's dreams. Or it could even be in a TV show, so there's a bigger chance that every single detail in the story will be included.

The challenge? Finding the perfect actresses and actors to portray a book’s beloved characters. Click-through to the gallery link to see some suggestions.
