TThis recipe is inspired by the Momofuku crack pie which has taken the blogosphere by storm.

This is deliciously sweet and is quite easy to make. It's a great way to use up those Christmas cookies that have remained unwrapped and uneaten for a couple of days.

You can use a toaster oven to make this! Just keep careful watch until the tops of the pies turn a golden brown. You can give these as last minute gifts or this can be your contribution to your Noche Buena feast. Yum! You'll be so addicted to these little pies, we'd be surprised if you had any left for your guests!
