I spotted these cute glittered feather earrings at one of the hottest retail stores. It looked so fun and colorful, perfect for the fast approaching summer season. I could have splurged on the trendy piece right then and there, but of course, I knew that making it myself would be so much kinder on my wallet (and yours, too!)

The best part of DIY-ing this is that you can choose the color and type of glitter you can use. Dream up different feather and glitter combinations that catch your fancy! Play around with mixing fine powder glitter with chunky ones for a more fun look.

Once done, you wear your DIY creation with pride.  You can make a bunch to give away as school year-ender presents for your barkada. The sparkle and bright colors, and fun feathers will be such a refreshing sight!  Boho beach babe vibe, anyone?
