1. This promo is open to all CANDYMAG.COM members.
2. To join, CANDYMAG.COM members must submit a link/photo or video entry to Candy Buzz. A prompt will inform the user of a successful entry.
3. Candy Buzz entries containing profanity and of a sexual nature will not be approved.
4. One approved entry corresponds to one raffle entry.
5. A participant can enter multiple entries into the raffle.
6. This promo will run from May 1- August 27, 2012 with the following promo durations:
   • May 2-May 30, 2012
   • June 1-June 28, 2012
   • July 2-July 30, 2012
   • August 1 - August 27, 2012
7. There is no purchase requirement for this promo.
8. There will be a raffle draw per month:
   • May 31, 2012 (first raffle draw)
   • June 29, 2012 (second raffle draw)
   • July 31, 2012 (third raffle draw)
   • August 27, 2012 (fourth raffle draw)
9. Five (5) winners will be selected on May 31, at 5:00pm, at the Summit Media Office for the first raffle draw; Five (5) winners will be selected on June 29 at 5:00pm for the second raffle draw, five (5) winners will be selected on July 31 at 5:00 pm for the third raffle draw and four (4) winners will be selected on August 27 at 5:00pm for the fourth raffle draw.
   • Five (5) winners will each get a free overnight stay inclusive of room accommodations and free use of facilities at the Amana Waterpark in Bulacan.
   • Five (5) winners will each get P4,000 worth of gift certificates from Nardene Nail Avenue Day Spa
   • Five (5) winners will each get purses and pouches from My Drawing Room and two (2) Mimobot USBs and a Yoyo gloss from The Balikbayan Box Sale.
   • Four (4) winners will each get two (2) Php 2,900 tickets to the Potted Potter musical on Sunday, September 2 at the RCBC Theater.
10. Qualified entries are pooled and electronically raffled off in the Summit Media Office, 7/F Robinson’s Cybergate 3, Pioneer st. Mandaluyong City as witnessed by a DTI representative.
11. A winner can only win once per promo duration.
12. The fifteen winners will be notified via email, SMS and registered mail. Winners’ names will also be announced on CANDYMAG.COM.PH’S promo page every month.
13. To claim the prize, winners have to present a photocopy of a valid ID with photo + email notification. Winners may claim their prize at the prize at the Summit Media office; Mondays-Fridays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm up until 60 days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes outside of redemption period will be forfeited with DTI approval.
14. Winners are responsible for claiming their acknowledgement letter from Summit Media.
15. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
16. 20 % tax of prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by Summit Media.
17. Winners below 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian, or a legal guardian may claim the prize on his/her behalf.
18. If the winner is unable to claim the prize him/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:
    • A letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners’ behalf.
    • 2 original IDs of the winner with picture (acceptable/valid IDs are SSS, TIN, Passport, Office or School ID with birth date)
    • 2 original IDs of the representative/legal guardian
19. Employees of Summit Media, including those of their parent companies, affiliates, their third party suppliers and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
