9 Easy Ways To Lose Weight

  1. Do not skip meals! Skipping meals only makes you eat a lot more than you actually need at your next meal.
  2. Of course, there's good old-fashioned exercise! Just 30 minutes of walking every day is enough to burn those unnecessary calories.
  3. Home-cooked meals are less fattening than fast food. Packaged and processed foods are higher in sodium and fat content compared to freshly prepared food.
  4. Always read the nutrition facts on the label of every product you buy. Keep in mind that food low in fat are not necessarily sugar-free and vice versa.
  5. Keep a food journal. This helps you monitor your food intake and gives you a bird's eye view of your eating habits that may need improvement. For a more effective food journal, have your doctor review it from time to time.
  6. Water is still the best drink! Be sure to have at least eight glasses a day. Compared to juice, coffee, tea, and soda, water has NO sugar in it.
  7. Don't force yourself to finish your food if you're already full. Just set it aside for later. If you're eating out, have the leftovers put in a doggy bag.
  8. Eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables every day. These low-calorie foods make you feel full faster!
  9. Indulge yourself once in a while. Having a bite of your favorite chocolate bar prevents those uncontrollable sugar cravings.

    i read some articles, some stuff about tea, that can trim and slim down your weight..does this stuff really work?...coz i do a lot of cardio workout and i alsp drink water a lot and tea in between meals.
