How to Love Your Body Even When It's Bloated
Bloating is ~totally~ normal.

Fitness blogger Celena Kinsey is here to drop a much-needed truth bomb: Bloating is okay. We know that bloating is one of the many body-related things we all struggle with. Some celebs even lay off the salt and other bloat-inducing foods a few days before a big shoot.

And Celena has had enough. Here to spread a little body positivity, she posted this photo to remind us that bloating is normal:

In fact, bloating "is so common [that it] affects about 10 to 30 percent of the general population, with women TWICE as likely to experience it. Celena also revealed that she's been suffering "from episodes of intense pain and bloating."

The truth is, we can try to be as healthy as possible, but when our bodies decide to rebel against us, there's very little we can do about it. The only part we can control is how we see and treat our bodies, which should come from a place of love, not hate. The next time you're bloated, Celena urges you to refrain from calling yourself "fat or disgusting" because your body "responds best to positivity." Instead, drink lots of water, get some rest, and move on.
