Edgy chick. I wouldn't want to categorize it under a certain style but for the most part I usually try to edge it up a bit to give a certain outfit a twist. I do love dramatic details. But in the end, I am willing to try out anything. I think that's the fun in fashion. Experimenting. Working with what you have. :)
Travel shopper. Mango, Topshop, Zara. But nowadays its usually Zara. I just love their pieces. Crossings The Ramp is full of new trends. I also love shopping in Hong Kong. Discovering the small boutiques holding some of the most unique items. Mongkok though is a place where they sell great stuff for a bargain. And I have yet to discover shopping in Thailand.
Fave fashion designer. I am not usually one to follow any fashion designers but Christian Siriano sticks to me. He has a flair for the dramatic. His works are so romantic yet with an edge. I do have a taste for the avant-garde. I would wear anything he designs.
Never leaves the house without... Accessories. You can create different looks from one outfit with the right accessories.
Inspiration. Streetstyle. It's always fun people-watching and looking at the clothes and styles they wear. You can pick up a few things and then maybe add your own twist to it. Japanese and Korean fashions are also a huge influence.
Style icon. Agyness Deyn. She's super cool! Whatever she wears, she works it. She's so comfortable in her own skin it shows through her style. Very funky and edgy. And she does the androgynous/boyfriend look the best. I love that.
Influenced. I would say it didnt come so easily for me. I know I love fashion and dressing up but it's through a process of trial and errors (old photos are proof) that I finally got to where I am right now. I guess building confidence is key to being able to express yourself through clothing. And I realized I just want to wear what I feel like wearing and have fun with it. :)
Closet palette. Mostly black, white and grey pieces, a few colors here and there. I know, I am working on getting more colors in but it's just that due to a budget, I usually go for the more practical colors so I can work it around everything. But then I slowly realized I have too much already. :P
Never ever. Usually it's never say never in fashion, right? But I dont think I can pull off those big chunky platform boots.
The basics. Jeans, black pumps, white shirt.
Fave fashion trend rebirth. Strong shoulders. :)
