Making our Mini Mag: The Ultimate Food Trip

Hey, Candy girls!
So we are now in the final stretch of our “Making our Mini Mag” blog entries. We already had the first meeting, the behind the scenes, the celebrity shoot, the staff and fashion shoot and the features articles. Now, I’m writing about COC8’s favorite part in making the mini mag. The food trip!
COC 8 goes on a food trip.
The plan was to really EXPLORE, to travel from North to south and get, uhm, full in the process, haha!
Our first stop was “I have Two Eggs – Tapsilog Station” in Quezon City. Rubie and Gela were the main reviewers for the breakfast place, meaning they got to taste the yummy meals of I have two Eggs first.
Judging from this picture, I guess they had so much fun.
And of course, the non-reviewers had fun too. Pat even formed the symbols “COC 8” out of tomatoes and onions. So creative.
COC 8 is love.
Our next stop was Andria’s Taste in Intramuros. The first thing we noticed when we got there was their chill ambiance. They were all so accommodating. Sir Elmer told us the reason behind the resto’s name (Andria is the name of the family’s miracle baby) and even showed us a Powerpoint presentation of the services their resto can offer.

After having such a heavy meal for lunch, we decided to take a walk and take pictures as well.

After Andria’s Taste, it was finally time to get high, sugar high that is! Churitto Café in Parañaque was our third stop.
We were greeted by these, so imagine how excited we were especially Pat and Crissy who were the main reviewers for the resto.
They serve churitto of all kinds. All of us were really on a Sugar high after.

Our last and final stop was Café Juanita in Pasig. The place was really fancy and we were amazed at its interior. Aside from these, we all loved their dishes, especially Micah and Bea who were the main reviewers for the resto.

Over all, the trip was super fun. After all, yummy food + perfect companions = one heck of a ride.
