Aesthetically, I am not competitive. My skills are far below an artist’s call but we had to do a puppet activity that challenged my creative prowess. Introducing: Collie Buds, my imaginary friend, because it’s not a human, and it’s no animal either. Unless it reminds you of something. My friend says it’s Humpty Dumpty. Ouch.
Originally I’ve designed Collie Buds to be a beautiful cat, with orange and black fur, and green shoes to match. It may not appear as planned but at least, I nailed the green shoes part

By the way, this was an activity for one of out major subjects. Remember my clay activity? Yeah, that subject.
… and when asked where I got the name, well, it’s actually the name of my brothers’ favorite rapper. I thought it sounded cute, so I tweaked the name a bit and, voila, completion manifested.
Who would’ve thought that this simple brown paper bag can turn into something so… uhm… red and wonderful? Obviously, I’d love my own work, hello! That’s the reason I didn’t post my other classmates creations because Collie Buds might be overshadowed. Not good. Hahaha!
Besides music, I do not remember any creation of mine that I was really proud of. Not that I find this ultimately beautiful, but somehow, there are times wherein we find ourselves loving those things that we’ve invested our time and effort in. And, no matter how mediocre the outcome is, for us, it will always be something worthy of a name—like Collie Buds!

Ah! There it is! That’s my Collie Buds right there. Soon I will dispose of him due to cleaning purposes, but he will always be a part of me no matter what. Oh, I feel like such a child. I love it!
