1. The links on the website don’t work. What’s wrong?

   Are you a member already? If not, please register. If you already have a Candy Faces account, please log in. Non-members cannot view the profiles.

2. Why can’t I register?

   Did you answer all the questions in the registration form? Double check before clicking the submit button.

   Are you over 25? This site is specifically designed for teenage girls aged 13 to 25.

3. Why can’t I view the full profile of a member?

   You need to be friends with the member whose full profile you want to view.

4. How do I add friends?

   If the friend you want to add already has a Candy Faces account, click on the link that says “Add as my friend” on their profile page. If they don’t have an account yet, you can invite them through this page.

5. How do I become the Face of the Week?

   The Face of the Week is picked by the Candy editorial team. Just make sure that you have a photo uploaded in your profile so that when the Candy team checks the site, they’ll see your picture.

6. How do I upload pictures on my profile?

   You can upload pictures by going to this page. As long as your picture does not exceed the maximum size, there won’t be any problems in uploading the picture. You can also add captions, and choose which photo you want to appear on your profile’s main page. You can add up to 6 photos in your album. Please do not post inappropriate pictures in your Candy Faces account. You can upload more pictures in Snaps.

7. How do I upload a MyScoop report?

   Whenever there is a new MyScoop topic or question, it will appear on your profile page once you’re logged in. Click on the “Add MyScoop Report” link and type your report. You will also be asked to provide a link to the photo to be shown with your MyScoop report. Please upload your photo to your own server (you can sign up for an account on Photobucket or other similar sites).

8. Why has my account been suspended?

   Your account might not be following the Terms of Services, or has been reported by a user.

9. How do I search?

   Using the search box, enter the username, email, or school of the person you’re trying to look for. Once the list of matches appear, you can click on the person’s profile and add them to your friends list.
