A month ago, news spread out that American country crooner Taylor Swift, 22, and One Direction's Harry Styles, 18, had been in a "short fling," which resulted to mixed reactions and emotions of their fans worldwide. This news slowly died down, but went crazy again when X Factor host Mario Lopez revealed that he saw the two holding hands backstage at the U.S. X Factor last month.

Just this Sunday, the lenses of the media caught Taylor and Harry for the first time together, and this just only added more fuel to the rumor mill.

They were seen having some romantic stroll through New York's Central Park, hugging a friend’s baby, and obviously playing the part of a happy couple.

Another insider—Mario told listeners of his 103.4 MY FM radio show: "Taylor Swift was the special guest performer, and [here's] a little inside scoop for you. During rehearsals, Harry from One Direction came and slapped me on the back, and said, 'Hey, Mario, how ya doing?' And I said, 'What are you doing here?' And he sort of [pointed] toward Taylor."
