Marla Miniano - Assistant Lifestyle Editor, Candy Marla has had a love-hate affair with the blogging world for years. Love, because her blog allows her to post photos, excerpts from her stories, random rants, song lyrics, Oops! moments, and vague references to her semi-issues; and hate, because blogging usually takes up too much of the time she should be spending on more productive things. For this, she is extremely thankful that catching up with all you Candy Girls through the Candy Blog is actually considered part of her job - otherwise, she'd be in SO much trouble. :P |

Steph Yapnayon - Associate Art Director, Candy The World Wide Web has been a big part of Steph's life since high school. It was there that she met fellow bloggers Macy and Roch - who have now become two of her coolest real-world friends, and whom she hangs out with on a daily basis at the Candy HQ. She started creating graphics for web sites almost a decade ago, and is currently still in love with the design industry as your Associate Art Director, making sure your monthly dose of Candy is always a sweet, fun, colorful treat. |

Lia Cruz - Council of Cool 1 Member and Contributor TV and radio host Lia, 22, was 14 years old when she was handpicked to be part of the first batch of the Candy Council of Cool. Since then, she's written and styled for Candy and various other glossy publications. A 2007 AB Communication graduate from Ateneo, she was the Ateneo Blue Eagles' UAAP courtside reporter for two years. Right now, Lia hosts the NBA show House of Hoops on ABC 5, and Man and Machine on Studio 23, and is the VJ/host of Basketball TV. She also plays the music of the best college rock bands on U-Rock on NU 107.5 FM, is a theater actress, and has done various TV and print ads in the Philippines and around Asia. Lia loves literature, theater, film, and history. She is very sarcastic and wishes that she can travel more, eat more, act more, and read more. She is also tone-deaf. |

Mikee Lee - Candy Cutie, Actor Mikee has been blogging for 2 years already, even before joining Pinoy Big Brother. The name of his blog is The Meltingpen. At the time he was thinking about what to write in his blog, he did not want to write a blog that simply discussed whatever he did on a daily basis. He was not really a fan of writing down his feelings about each and everything that happened to him for everyone to see. He wanted a blog that was not only able to discuss big issues concerning us, he also wanted a blog that gave him the chance to share his normally uncommon thoughts and opinions about the smallest observations or even the biggest events. He has always believed that the only thing that really matters in a story is the lesson it teaches, so that's what he tries to share in The Meltingpen. He tries to share whatever we can get out of anything. He has been writing short essays in the blog that really try to make people think, and so far, he's succeeding, as even readers who comment are able to share their own deep views regarding different issues. With his blog, he's hoping to contribute not just stories, but relevant inputs. |
