I’ve been obsessed with Japanese/Korean/Asian beauty products lately and I feel sad that we don’t have much choices here in Manila. So when Marla and I recently went to Hongkong, let’s just say I hoarded enough beauty products to last me a lifetime. (Okay, slight exaggeration, maybe enough for a year!)

Dollywink products! Super love the falsies and eyelash glue, plus the cutesy eyelash cases. I also got some mascara, pencil and liquid eyeliners, plus an eyebrow pencil. I couldn’t resist the cuteness, I mean just look at everything! I especially love the new Otona line, it’s so kawaii yet grown up at the same time. I’m so obsessed with these that I can’t wait to go back and hoard some more!

Hi, Candy Girls!

Are you excited about anything in particular? I know I am! I honestly can’t wait for the new album of Bigbang. Ever since I got hooked into Kpop, I’ve been eagerly awaiting all the comebacks of the bands. I bet Bigbang will really surprise us because the teaser is just outrageous! Check out T.O.P.’s blue hair, and G Dragon’s long locks. ^_^

YG has also confirmed the release of their individual singles and I personally am super excited for Seungri’s! I love his VVIP album and I hope he has more duets with female Kpop stars. (or maybe another duet with IU, perhaps?)

It all started with a comment from a friend telling me how pale and sickly I looked. And so I searched for weeks for the perfect blush. I tried so many products: creams, tints, powders, stains, but I failed miserably because they either made me look too orange (clownish) or too red (hangover much?). Finally, after weeks of searching, I found the product that gives me a nice, natural flush.

Dandelion is a sweet ballerina pink color, perfect for vampire-looking cheeks like mine. I love it because it’s hard to overdo and you’ll just look naturally rosy and pretty with its subtle shimmer. My friend has noticed that I no longer look pale or sickly so I guess it really does the trick!

I admit, I like making wishlists. Even if I don’t exactly get the things I wish for, it’s always fun to dream about them and imagine what life would be like. Kidding aside, here are some items on my wishlist right now.

Hello Kitty Ipod Speakers. The image speaks for itself. Super adorable!

Alcatel OneTouch Glam 810D. Look at this cute pink phone! It’s so tiny it looks like a compact. There’s also a dedicated Facebook button so you’ll stay connected all the time.

I sure hope Santa will give me these cute gadgets for Christmas this year!

Sometimes, all you need is a pair of sparkly shoes to remind you that life is always full of surprises and that the best is yet to come. Wearing these shoes make me smile and dream about the future, and how we are all exactly where we need to be at the moment.
